India Sachi

India Sachi (b.2000) is an artist living and working in the Hudson Valley, NY. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design having received the John A. Chironna Scholarship and the Florence Leif Award. Her practice blends Painting, Photography, Text, and Film to explore the intersection of race, visuality, and the environment. Interweaving personal and collective narratives, Sachi constructs fabulative histories, questioning our conception of tradition, beauty, and myth.
